Validity for exchanges & returns

Items that are purchased and returned with their proof of purchase in their original, unworn and unwashed condition are eligible for return/exchange within 21 days of you receiving them. Items which fail to meet these standards will not be accepted.

**Shipping fees are not refundable, and there is a $10 restocking fee on all items that are sent back.

*** Customers who return a gift must do so with a proof of purchase (the invoice) will receive a store credit code in the amount of the purchase price.

Any items that are defective may be returned or exchanged.

Additional non-returnable items:

Items purchased on the Sale Rack or on a special promotion may not be returned for a refund; they can only be returned for a store credit or exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

**Items purchased online cannot be returned to a store.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will immediately refund your card or replace the returned product for you.
**If the product is not available, you will be offered a credit note for future purchase on this website only.

We will re-ship the replacement product within 1-2 working days as soon as the return is received by us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:

You will need to call us at +1.323.234.1621 or Email: trulynathan@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization number (RA).

Once you receive the RA #, please ship it to 810 E Jefferson Blvd #C, Los Angeles CA 90011.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
