Returns & exchanges
Validity for exchanges & returns
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items purchased within 30 days of receipt for store credit, provided they are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please note that items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For gift returns, please include the invoice. You will receive a store credit code for the amount of the purchase price.
Any items that are defective may be returned or exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
Custom ordered items cannot be refunded or exchanges.
Items bought at any of our affiliated stores cannot be returned online.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email us at d.cline.designroom@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and your reason for the return.
You can also initiate a return or exchange through your account.
Once we approve your request, we will email a return label to you.
If you have requested an exchange, we will immediately place the new item into production.
Refunds will be issued as store credit.
Shipping:
Use the shipping label emailed to you, pack the garments back up and drop it off at your local US Post Office.
Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.
